The last thing I want to do is talk about myself. But, I realize that in order for you to open up to me, THE COACH, I have to be open as well.
So, I was born to military parents. Yes, they met in the US Army. My dad is from Dallas, TX and my mom is from Charleston, SC. Both are from the South. I, however, was born in Ft. Sill Oklahoma. We were soon stationed in Germany where my younger brother was born. We returned to the states years later. Parents divorced. My mom moved my brother and I to her home town of Charleston, SC. At 15, after not seeing my father for a number of years I moved in with him and my stepmother.
So, to make a long story short I've lived in many different locations from Germany to Hawaii and several points in between. My childhood was rocky, but I made it through. I've been without my father, I've been without my mother, I've married, I've been a child of divorce and a parent of divorce, I have survived cancer and other near death experiences. I have beautiful children and have learned a lot of lessons in this journey we call life. So, that's a little bit about me. What is your story?
If all the obstacles were out of the way what could you do?
What's getting in your way?
